In 1986 we opened up a small 1500 square foot bagel shop in East Meadow, NY named, Dans Bagel Cafe. From the beginning we made only freshly baked on premises bagels, homemade cream cheese and sliced nova lox.  In 1995 we launched Bagel Biz located on Route 110 in Melville New York. Catering to the high commercial and residential populated area Bagel Biz of Melville NY. With the growing demand throughout the community and country for bagel deliveries for both local businesses and residents, BagelBiz.com began shipping their delicious New York Bagels Nationwide.
